So as you may know, the forum had some CSS issues earlier.
Well ive been in contact with our host who has been assisting in retrieving the CSS file from a backup.
In every email I sent them, I asked for the backed up file NOT to be restored to the server, id just like the file sending to me in an email.
This was because id already recreated the theme at the time of sending the email, and the theme had some edits that I prefered over the older theme.
3 Emails were exchanged, each saying not to restore the file to the server.
You will never guess what they did...yep, they restored the file.
Now they are going to have retrieve the same file from a backup made just 30 minutes before they restored the older version.
Why does is seem that im dealing with Amateurs?
Haha, sorry just to add, they restored the themes whole cache, so all my my stylesheet edits have been replaced with old ones.
Tabbed Menu, Board Messages ..... typical.
You tell them that you want a single file retrieving from a backup and sending via email, and instead they restore a whole folder of a themes stylesheet files.
