Custom Username Style Variation

Now I know that @Philly has already stated that he will not add a custom username style plug-in because he would like FK to remain unique, but I would like to introduce a suggestion that Philly has already said he wouldn't mind when I first thought of it a few months ago. I think that there should be a separate lottery(Similar to that of @"Michael"'s new suggestion) where members can pay maybe .1 koins, or even more, and the winner(s) (I think 1-3 would be the right amount) would get to be able to change their username style to anything they'd like, minus the mod, staff, and admin colors, for an entire week.

You'd have to add a plugin though, or Philly would have to make a custom group for them for a week. IDK if that's reasonable, considering people would have to have UB's.

Personally I think custom username styles should be allowed. But similar to userbars, if Philly doesn't like the look of them, they are not to be accepted.

As for this suggestion, I'm not too fond of it due to the fact that it would mean two lotteries. One is enough.
