That cannot be true simply because no one knows how a Alien would look like, that looks like those type of aliens shown in movies and tv shows. Also if that was real I'm pretty sure there would be a swarm of CIA and shit and they would close off the area or something.

if you look really close you can see that it is a gel like coating where the leg is missing suggesting balistics gell or something similar
