[font=Tahoma, Verdana, Arial, sans-serif]Someone agreed to sell me a $10 amazon card and I agreed to pay $10 PayPal for it. I had exactly $10 in my PayPal at the time. He agrees and I redeem it. It just so happens that we both didn't know that it was $25 amazon and it was credited to my account. Would I owe you $25 if we agreed on $10 and you didn't even check beforehand? He expects me to pay $25, I already paid him the $10.[/font]

I paid exactly $10, because that was a mistake on his end that I didn't agree to.

But still... Mistakes happen, the kid probably feels shit now bc he lost $15, I say meet half way.

He got the card from e-whoring which i introduced him to and set him up with all the files and tutorials. he made of $120 on the first day of my help.

You should give him $15 since you only asked for $10 that's what a decent person would do not a broke boy.
10 + 15 = 25 which you have in Amazon.

Although negotiating with him once again would be a moral thing to do, it's not necessary as it was definitely a mistake on his end.

It's his mistake, you don't owe him anything, but you should pay him the Extra 15$. Think about the value of your "trust level/friendship level" with each other is it worth losing/lowering based on 15$? You don't have to, but it'll make him feel better + decency in general.
You don't have to send flowers to the man you killed's funeral but it sure does help your conscious.
