We don't think it removes your right to deal fairly, just like it doesn't remove users rights to not deal with people or not trust them. It's hard to trust someone who's got a blaring DEAL WITH CAUTION group badge for the simple fact they've been banned before. When a new member joins you're a bit wary right? It's even harder dealing with a reputable members thats scammed before because you would question if they're about to scam out on you again or leave it a while. Honestly though, everyone has said your safe so don't include yourself in it.. just some people were unbanned that shouldn't have been apparently so trusted people were putting there rightful 2 cents in.

I am basically going with what you're saying. The DWC userbar should be enough for you to make a decision before dealing with me. Removing my ability to post in the marketplace or PM other people just completely removes me from the point of this forum. It's basically like being banned but not banned yenno? @Philly if you make the decision to remove our abilities that I stated, I will go with it as your word is final, but as a member with an opinion I advise against it for the benefit of everyone. If these things do get put in place, I guess General discussion will just be a bunch of DWCs
