So i did a deal with this user. It was my 60k twitter for his snapchat "fucker" and $5. after 12 hours the account lost followers and he says that he deserve a refund and that i agreed to it. This is where he said that i have to give his money and stuff back http://prntscr.com/27a9vt
then he decides to try and threaten me http://prntscr.com/27aa4z saying i will refund him and to just wait. what should i do? it was his idea to give the twitter. he wanted the account

Edit: Whether you said yes or no to giving him a refund doesn't mean anything because the deal did go through and you both still have your portion of the deal.

He knew it was losing followers before i gave it to him. It had lost 30k before i sent to him and he already knew that and told me that. so therefore i wasnt.

You agreed to a refund at 50% lost. That's your fault.

I never said i would. I said he can ask for one. His quote didnt say will you give me a refund. He said MIGHT and ASK. And i said thats fine. Then the fact that he tried to threaten me after makes me not want to be nice at all

Let's clear this up.

He agreed to a refund if it lost over 50% of the followers. It started at 63k when I got it, and it's at 25k now. In less than 12 hours. I was NOT aware that it was losing followers. I read the DM's on the account after the deal happened, saw it had 98k 2 days before he sold me it, and then I had to ask him if it was losing followers. I did absolutely nothing wrong here.

There's always a risk buying Twitters with real followers man, you need to understand. Although Jax did agree to refund you if you lost 50% of the followers, I'm sure you didn't say that at the beginning of the deal.

That's like me buying a stat account and saying if I lose a percentage of the followers, I want a refund. Deals don't work like that man, although he did agree to refund, that's not how things work. You bought the account, you're supposed to be the one that maintains the followers, not him.

True. However, he failed to inform me that the account would be what he said it was. After agreeing to a refund, he must follow through. He has lied to you guys, neg repped me to try to make you guys not believe me, etc.

I'm expecting a refund.

Don't worry man, I'm not choosing. I can see that he did agree to a refund, but that's completely up to him. If he doesn't pull through, it's not considered a scam neither in my opinion. I just really hope you guys figure this out. The negative rep was unnecessary, I can say that, but yeah. It's not making you look bad, don't feel that way.

It's your call, you don't have to refund it. He agreed to the deal, you're not responsible for it once you're done.

Unless you lied saying the were real. If nothing was said of it, it's not your fault.

He never told me they weren't real. He never told me they were disappearing. He made a deal to refund, that's a deal itself that needs to be followed up on.
By the way, he just deleted me on skype.

He sold an account with 60k followers. When you got it, did it not have 60k followers? If it did, it's a legit deal and it's your problem.

Indeed it did.
What about the second deal when he agreed to refund? Does that deal get blown off because there was a deal prior to us making a new deal?

May sound like a dick, but you got what you asked for. He's not required to give you anything back. You should pay more attention to what you're buying.

Whether he said yes or no to giving you a refund is not considered a deal it's considered an answer and answers can change.

Pvnine you obviously knew they were botted considering you said if 50% of the followers are gone can I get refund or something along those lines.

I said that AFTER the deal. If I knew they were botted, why would I have bought it?

Edit: I forgot he told me he botted all but 10k. However, he did say 10k were legit real followers, which is a lie because it gets no favorites or retweets.
