Death Penalty

So who on the Forum agrees with the death penalty? I personally agree with it and believe it should be enforced even more. I would love to hear some of your opinions on this subject.

I believe death penalty is a crime, while killing a criminal to defend yourself/someone else is ok.

What I believe is they should do what ever the guy/girl did to that person for say someone shot and raped a girl they should receive the same thing.

The current system is too subjective in order for me to give the death penalty any support in our country. The concept seems like it would work, but there have been so many cases where a man who has been killed on death row has later been proven to be not guilty. People need to be proven guilty to the extent where there is no doubt whatsoever in order for the penalty to be justified.

I completely agree with you, the flaws in the justice system make a death sentence questionable.

Because when you let them rot in prison u are paying for them. On average it costs over 20k a year to support each prisoner. Tax dollars at waste.
