why would you delete shit? are you concerned of some one looking at shit or is your pc just running like shit? that there would be more then enough info to make a final decision on what you should do man lol

I just want everything on my computer deleted so I cans tart new on it because its so slow with all this crap on it.

Just uninstall all unnecessary programs, run a registry cleanup, run a normal disk cleanup, defrag and you're good to go.
