Ingredients for 4-6 people:

150 g puff pastry
5-6 bananas
1 pear
few drops of lemon
200 g sugar
1 glass of water about currants
a sprig of mint

preparation:

I remember it was my auntie who taught me how to bake a cake.
And the first cake that she taught me it banana cake.
it is because we have a lot of banana plant so,when we harvest a lot,she always make a banana cake and i really like it because it's made from fresh banana in our farm.

Now I don't bake cake..i only buy cake when I want to eat a piece of it.:Smile:
