[DENIED] Ban Appeal Section Permissions

I think that normal (not banned) members can't even see threads in the Ban Appeal section.
My suggestion is that let us see the section and read the posts, but don't let us post in that section.
The only people who should be able to post in there should be the banned members (but only to their own thread) and staff.

Great Idea
I would love to read what they have to say about their ban
It's like hearing gossip its nice to hear but yea We dont want to get into it
Let us see the threads but not post threads/posts
Only staff should be able to post in their also the banned members on their own thread
That should not be hard to set the permissions on that

It would improve forum transparency, no need to hide away their appeals.

I wouldn't mind making it so people can see it, but if we did that, we would make a rule where you can't discuss ban appeals outside of the section.

Ban appeals are private hence the reason the member is banned and only staff can read/reply. If the member is banned then they should have no communication with the RG members.
