Hey,

Mike has abused his powers in the past, and overall he is immature. He lacks management skills and is not fit to be a admin on a forums this big. He is not somebody I would like representing the forums, and I am sure Glen will see it to as time goes on. I don't know why The Elite put up with his shit after all this time.
Overall, he does not have any real skills and should be demoted in my opinion.

People are asking why, so here is a few reasons. He is yet to take anything serious. He is racist, extremely racist. Instead of banning racist members he supports them and joins in which usually just becomes a huge ass skull fucking flame war.

He just has a bad attitude. He got my account on rs banned, or one of my mules with like 2b on it. Which is all fun and games until it happens to you.

This seems to be just opinion based, so here is mine: Mike hasn't abused his powers, but he has become less active and obviously you can't demote someone for being less active..

Not entirely true, if Mike were to become inactive to the point where it's a waste of time to keep him is admin, he'd be demoted.

Well, people have been banned for posting their opinions. Even if the way they stated it was blunt they shouldn't have been banned.

I work 12-14 hours a day and spend my free time with friends and on runegear balanced. I cannot be on 24/7 as I'm 18 and it's a few more years till I'm on my own. It's time to start time management and that is what I've been doing.

This is completely opinion based as Domcom just dislikes everyone who stands in his way and knows how to defend them self.

He's doing as much as he can. And I've talked to him a few times over bbm, and most of times he is busy with his IRL work.

Just curious to see how Mike lacks management skills? Also I'm sure as long as his immaturity doesn't interfer with his management/admin abiltiies on Rune Gear, all is fine. (not that I've seen Mike act in an overly immature behaviour before :p )

But hey, we're all entitled to our own opinion.
