[DENIED] Name changes issue

Some people have been abusing the ability of name changing. *cough*Ironhide*cough*
Can it have a cap,like 3 changes a week or 10 changes a month?Something like that.
As for spelling errors in names,allow it to be a free change for the people who have paid,thus they would still have a remaining 2 changes for the week or 9 changes for the month.

People can change their name whenever to whatever they want. It is part of what they bought (RG Elite > Sponsor).
