[DENIED] Offtopic section

An offtopic section would be nice in the forum. Just to talk about random stuff that shouldn't go in the lobby either. It shouldn't be like the Trash Talk section where members bitched about other members, just random talk about stuff. But maybe it could have a sub section for fights.
