[DENIED] One Rep Per User?

So, I just noticed today that once you leave a reputation on someone's account, that's it. You can't leave anymore rep, but you can, however, update it.

I don't really like this. I mean, what if we want to credit them for one thing & then a few days later want to rep them for something else? And, if you are a normal user, you can only rep +1, so you can't even make it a +2.

At least make it you can only rep someone once per every 48 hours or something...

People would abuse the fuck out of this. If you want someone to know that you like what they said/did, you can send them a private mesaage.

That's the default feature. :p Leaving private messages isn't making why/what you like known to the public. Therefore it's almost 100% redundant.

Abusers should be punished as needed. They shouldn't get to ruin our fun...

Update your rep with more text. It's not hard.
Repping people twice doesn't mean much. It would be abused and not the best idea.
