Why not? We could make partnership with other forums or Runescape Wiki by putting a little banner on our partner site and doing the same for them.

It would make a free publicity.

Finding a popular website that would be willing to put a banner linking to our site in exchange for us doing the same for their is not a bad idea. It's decent advertising.

but this site isnt huge so noone will and if they do then there just dummys

No one will do this because:
1: We have nothing to offer them
2: We are small
3: We are potentially competition.
