[DENIED] Regarding rule 14

[Reality]

14. Hacked account sales are forbidden. Accounts, membership pins and gold can be sold if rightfully owned.

I think it should be changed to you have to specify that the account is hacked in order to sell it.

If you have it as you aren't allowed, people will sell it saying they made it, and the original owner might recover it and that person won't be happy [the buyer].

If you have it as you have to specify, then there are two possibly reasons it got recovered.

No, you are not allowed to sell hacked accounts. If the person sells a hacked account post a scam report and he will be banned. Plain and simple.

For what reason? It doesn't turn the forum into a hacking forum, and sale of accounts is RWT regardless of how.

Personally, I think it's just going to increase the number of scam reports because people would forget that they have to state the account is hacked and then it has the potential to get recovered by the original user.

I say we keep it as is to minimize the amount of time the staff has to spend working with scam reports.

The person selling the account can simply just lie and say that it's his account.

If you want to sell hacked accounts go to a different forum. We do not take in people who hack accounts then sell them. It will not be implemented that you are allowed to sell hacked accounts deal with it.

If we allowed that you would see how many people would post hacked accounts.

If you want to sell hacked accounts, there is no way we can stop you. If you do happen to sell a hacked account, if the account gets recovered back then you will be banned for scamming. Therefore we state that it's not allowed, since if we didn't have it, people would sell hacked accounts more regularly resulting in more scams and reports.
