[DENIED] Remove rep from permanently banned members.

I think, if a permanent member -repped someone, that member have not a chance to change the rep, therefore, it should be removed. Positive rep can also be removed, your choice, but I would prefer not, as positive rep is always good and positive .

No, I'm against this. If someone negative repped you there mostly is a reason for that, that reason doesn't changes when the user is banned. Anyway it's permanently not permantely, I think you mistyped

Remove the given rep of a perm banned member. (If X gave you a negative rep, then gets permanently banned, X's rep gets removed.)

I think you can't have your cake and eat it. If the perm banned member's negative rep is instantly removed so should their positive rep. Otherwise it isn't fair. If you get a negative rep, there is a reason to it.

also, it's not like I want a rep removed. I only got positive reps from banned members.

Weird, there were some members who -repped me that were later on banned. Their reps got removed from my rep list. o_o Besides Carbon's.

No, if it is a legitimate rep it will stay, no matter how long the member is banned. Even perm.
