I think, if a permanent member -repped someone, that member have not a chance to change the rep, therefore, it should be removed. Positive rep can also be removed, your choice, but I would prefer not, as positive rep is always good and positive .

Remove the given rep of a perm banned member. (If X gave you a negative rep, then gets permanently banned, X's rep gets removed.)

Weird, there were some members who -repped me that were later on banned. Their reps got removed from my rep list. o_o Besides Carbon's.
