[DENIED] [Rule]Only some people![Scam Section]

I saw one scam report already (which is shocking), but i saw other people posting in it.

I have been on different forums where they warn people and sometimes even ban people for posting on other peoples scam reports.

I would like a rule saying that only the people who have been scammed, and the supposed 'scammer' to be the 2 people who can post except Moderators, staff, Admins, and the Elite

Just a suggestion.

I would rather get feedback from other members, maybe some had a hard time trading, or that the trade still went through although with trouble, it does help a Staff member.
