[DENIED] Staff Training

Hey Guys,

I just wanted to see your opinion on something along the lines of a staff training program.

For this program the following can be presented to soon to be staff (or applicants in the reviewing process):

• Learning The Rules (ToS)
• Learning about the issue they are obtaining
• Practice Scenarios
• Tests
• Canned Tutorials/Speeches for staff to use to save time

Tell me what you guys think. I would love to submit some guides and so forth.

No, Very bad idea in my opinon. Staff training will be done privately and staff will be chosen the same way.
IF a member wants to to be a good member they will figure out the rules either the hard way(warning, bans etc) or the easy way reading them.
