I started DT last night and I'm on the shadow diamond boss.

Can anyone recommend me safe-spots that still work or block for me?
 
Omfg, I never even attempted that quest. I hate quests. I had a friend to my hard quests lol.
 
I can do it for, but for a fee

Just finished a 1 def/prayer pure

Use a cannon. The cannon will regularly hit 300s or more on the bosses. You will need to bring a DDS (dragon dagger poisoned++ and a whip as well (if you have high melee stats). Set up the cannon and turn it on before waking him. Wake him up and use the DDS special attack on him. Switch to the whip and continue to kill him. Bring mantarays (or the best food you have) as well as about 2 prayer potions (4 dosage) depending on your prayer level. I don't think there are any safe spots.

If you can't use a DDS and a whip, just use the best ranging or magic equipment you can get. Personally I found using magic on the Desert Treasure bosses much better than melee, even with much higher melee skills than magic (I believe it was not much higher than 60 at the time).
 
i always brought a friend and had them drop food for when i ran out haha.
 
I have 11 prayer (priest in peril got it up to that) and a DDS.

I have 82 mage and if I can find a safespot that would be great.

People blocking really helps.
 
Did you read what I said? You don't need blockers or a safespot. All you need is a cannon. He'll be dead in under 20 seconds.

Yep, but can you hide behind cannons or can he walk through it?

It really isn't that bad, but the fact that I am a level 54 doesn't help.
