Are you from the UK? If you are than you should say "£850" rather than "$850" because then people can help you find what you need, easier.
£850 converts to about $1270 USD ($1500 CDN) so you really have much more to spend than you are saying.

If you are not from the UK then you are looking at the wrong items because those items combined are $800 USD and not the $529 that you think it will be.
Plus you must counter in shipping, etc so it will be more expensive. That computer is fairly low specs, I suggest building your own with the help of some FK members.

Ahh, alright, my bad.
Will you have enough to purchase the build you're looking at? I think it'll be about £550 which is your whole budget and it may still have shipping charges and/or tax on top of it.
I suppose for your budget that isn't a bad PC to buy but it still isn't a great computer. Maybe you should only get 1 monitor for now and use the extra £100 towards a better computer instead of that HP one.

Low end APU in combo with a low end GPU. Did you read the specs?

I'm not looking for top end. I want to use it for college/university grade graphics (photoshop/illustrator, and Internet. I don't pay games

I'm gonna go to the shop and buy it aha. I'm honestly not looking for high grade specs.

That computer could be good for college/uni work, but I think it may have some troubles running Photoshop and such as they are slightly demanding programs and they may run slow on that prebuilt.
