Desktop computer, need to get around users being passworded.

I have the Windows 7 Installation Disk, and that's about it, all the users on the computer are passworded, and I've tried guessing multiple times for all of them to no avail.

Need some help on getting around this, using the Seven installation disk I've gotten to the recovery tools and opened CMD (System Restore has no valid points that'd work). And I've tried using "net user" to enable the hidden Admin account and what not, but sadly it's on "X:/Sources" or w/e and I can't change the directory to the main windows. (I've done cd D: and cd C:, but both do not work)

When I try doing "Net user" to try and attempt to change a user's password or create a new account, it only lists the Administrator account which is labeled a "Guest" on the domain "//" which is, I'm guessing, the partition used for the recovery... So I can't actually list the net users of the actual computer.

How do I get around this...if even possible?

It's the "family" gaming desktop computer, however I'm..."grounded" from it, and I need to get around it so I can use it for "business" reasons.
