Nowadays, there is the great demand of laptop. Before 10-20 years there were few people to use laptop and more people to use desktop computer.

I prefer using Desktops.You can customize desktops like installing graphic cards,changing cpu,installing game joysticks,changing hd and lot more like you cant do with laptops they are really small,even had to open them.
Its depends on your taste. Its depends what are you going to use it. If you like traveling a lot or you are always on the go then choose laptop. Laptop is for portability. If you stay at home always then choose a desktop. I prefer a gaming desktop than a gaming laptop. To answer your question I like to use desktop because I always at home doing gaming and posting into forums. :thumbsup
It really depends on what I'm doing. If i'm going to be busy doing lots of stuff at the same time I need to get on the desktop. But times like today when I feel like laying back and watching Tv but being on the computer I will be on the laptop.. So it depends on my mood and what I'm doing.
