Difference between staff and moderators?

Staff are which help forum in adding stuff and all

Moderators are those who moderate forum and keep it away from scammer and double poster multiple accounts..

Its similar to Admins But admins got more powers as compare to moderators..

admins can add new stuffs like adding new sections categories and all but moderators can't i hope this much is ok or i got alot more info to share ^^
