Different Sections for Initiations & Farewells

I think FK should have a single section for Initiations and a single section for Farewells.

The main reason why is because of the introduction bot. It can't tell which threads are supposed to be farewells and which are supposed to be introductions, so it will accidentally post in farewells threads like this.

It can only tell what section to post in, so the solution is two separate sections because you can only assign the bot to the introductions section and leave the farewells section alone.

Either way though, I think we can all agree that something needs to be done about this bug.

This is a great idea dude, and yeah it looks stupid when people post goodbye threads and the bot comes in and says welcome to FK XD

Cant he program it to like only post the welcome message if the person only has like less then 25 posts?

Then it will say goodbye when the person has more then 25 posts..

just a idea because these to section or w.e you want to call them kind of go together

Or the person making the thread has to select a prefix like in the marketplace section but instead of buying and selling it should say initiation and farewell. When they select farewell the bot doesn't post? Kind of sounds complicated but just a idea.

I don't think the plugin allows that, and I'm pretty sure that Philly doesn't know how to code or edit a plugin to do that.

Making the separate farewells section a subforum would work if you're wanting to keep them together.

the plugin cannot be edited to do such a thing, the ONLY way to do this is by creating a new subforum, and directing the bot to that forum, its a pain but the only way

That's what I thought, but like I said, if you knew how to code your own plugins, you could make it do whatever you want.
