I ain't kiking you but I'll just post here. What's the reason your account is disabled? Knowing what the reason is can make the situation a whole lot easier.

Log in then down the bottom of the page it will say "If this a mistake then Let Us Know". Click on that and it'll tel you the reason.

Hes banned but oh well, the solution is simple..
Try signing in on the device you normally use. when you get denied as a banned account, hop on a device you've never used it on.
it will say there's an email verification page.
hop on ANOTHER new device and log in, then click "this was not me" and change your password as prompted. link Facebook just in case and make sure you have all emails/phone numbers verified.
