Requirements:

-Being really active; I'll be seeing the post count by day not the whole post count.

-Someone who is loved by a lot of people and would be attracting them.

Good luck, getting a forum going is a lot of work.

I suggest joining the many admin forums out there and investing some time/money into good SEO and keyword research.

OH yeah also I suggest moving your ACP from /admin, makes it a lot harder for attackers to get access. Also may want to consider making honeypots in the ACP.
