@Bite: He negative rates me for the stupidest reason and he also broke a rule. He was character evading, I have proof. If you want it just PM me. He also told people in this thread to rate me so I'll get mad.

@Shiver: He called Philly a liar - I told him that in the thing about koins, people sell SMs for koins. He then rated he about seven times saying that nobody sells SMs for koins. The rate got removed by either Philly or by a moderator. I rated him, then he rates me again saying the same exact thing even though the last rating he gave me got removed. Also, on Twitter, he said that he wants me and my parents to die. He rates a lot of members for no reason. His Twitter is @Shivering.

OP, you have to understand that rep here isn't gold or something. It's there so people can express their opinions on a user. It seems that they are expressing their opinions.
