Cooking requiresart of making food tastefully while making it a balanced one! One has to be careful about the amount heat to which the food is to be subjected so that it should nither remain uncooked or over cooked! For both are not good for health! cooking requires the knowledge of spices and also the combnation of various ingradients to mak the food nutritious and balanced!
