People Often say white meat from Fish is better and healthy for human consumption than red meat, that is the meat obtained from other animals! But I find that fish meat is also having lot of fats in it! I really have no idea about the nature of this fat if it is easily digestible or not, but this thing always leaves me in an apprehension if the white meat is really good for health as often said? Please respond! Thanks !

It depends upon the utility of the person. Well White meat is taken by those who are suffering from heart problems or just didn't want animal meat. While Red Meat is taken by persons who is Athlete (since they want more protein for their muscles) or just normal persons. (since red meat is much more juicy than white meat to be honest)

The answer to this question would really be no. It really all depends on how you prepare the meat. Anything fried can be unhealthy for any person. Any meat that is cooked, baked or broiled is usually a lot healthier. So, it is really all a matter of opinion...there is no scientific proof that one is healthier than the other.

There are many articles saying one is better, etc.
Read for yourself and be the judge.

"Chicken and fish traditionally have been considered healthier than red meat because many cuts of red meat can have too much saturated fat," says Peter O. Kwiterovich, M.D., director of The Johns Hopkins University Lipid Clinic. "Now, lean cuts of red meat are readily available to consumers. If you follow a heart-healthy diet, it doesn't make a difference whether you eat red meat or white meat, as long as you choose lean cuts."

White meat is the lean portion of the muscle of an animal which has little or no fats at all while the red meat is the darker portion of the muscle of animals like beef meat. Both have their own nutritional characteristics. Because they are both protein rich, it is needed in an individual's diet. It wont hurt to have a taste of both meat as long as you eat in moderation.
