I know late night eating habit is not good but it became my bad habit , so friends i need to quit , so how can i do

That is a very hard habit to break. You can try to make it a healthy habit by changing WHAT you eat late at night. Try these ideas:

Ice chips
Celery
Rice cakes
Carrots sticks

Then congratulate yourself when you go to bed for having done so well. (It may sound dumb but I have to pat myself on the back or I don't feel satisfied).

I'm not kidding about the ice, munch on crushed ice. It gives you the satisfaction of chewing with NO calories.

I also do eat at night sometimes. The thing to do in order to get it out of the system is to strongly deny the urgings of yourself. Sometimes, your mind says your hungry when you're really not.

Well sometimes i do it depends whether im hungry or not if i am i will go for a energy bar or somethings cup noodles

YES i ate at night as always :) even though its not good to our health its quiet nice to have snacks at night but before i sleep i rest my tummy almost 10-15 mins to avoid nightmares :D

that depends on the situation anyway.
If you are taking any medicine and you feels hungry then you have to eat some food.
But,if it is just a habit, then it's not really good anymore.
We need to have our body rest for sometime too,and eating will make our intestine keep working the whole time and it's not good for our health.

I think you should try to train yourself to eat on time. You can set a definite time when to eat but if you still can't help it you can eat in a small frequent feeding. That's not really bad for a habit unless you want to get fat.

And 'difficult that I eat at night, however in your case I do not know what advice to give you completely.

you are quite right that late night eating habit is bad for keeping good health. It will be very good that you manage your time in such a way that you have some time left for your breakfast, lunch and dinner regularly at a fixed time.

Lols.. it's my habit if i'm cramming..
Anyway, this is my tip..
You can satisfy your hunger if you just drink low calorie tea, or fruit, or vegetable.. just avoid too much sweet foods, this will cause you insomia..

^^

I guess eating at night is not bad, because you fell hungry right.just eat some fruits or yogurt if you feel your hungry than carbo.
sleep early so you will not feel that your hungry mate.

i do eat at night. but i will eat healthy foods at night. eating junk foods or heavy foods is not good for health.

Yes.I do eat at night but very little because eating a lot at night can cause obesity.I also prefer eating fruits and vegetables at night such as honey dew, watermelon, or orange because it is rich in fiber and can prevent constipation.

yeah, always. I usually eat a heavy meal such as; 1 cup of rice, pork/fish/any available in our house, fruits and some desert.

There is no kidding on this, taking to a healty meal before retiring to bed what i call a dinner is good enough for me to have a peaceful sleep and i never wake in the middle of night to make such silly chewing teeth or munching ice, no nothing at all to name a few. I feel largely satisfied at by drinking a glass full of milk and advice you to take one daily.
