anitha90 said:That is a very hard habit to break. You can try to make it a healthy habit by changing WHAT you eat late at night. Try these ideas:
Ice chips
Celery
Rice cakes
Carrots sticks
Then congratulate yourself when you go to bed for having done so well. (It may sound dumb but I have to pat myself on the back or I don't feel satisfied).
I'm not kidding about the ice, munch on crushed ice. It gives you the satisfaction of chewing with NO calories.
