Someone once said: "The devil is very powerful... but only for those who fail to live up and revel in their weakness".

In another word: Satan has the power you want to give him.

Satan and god? ilussions made by a drunk mind long ago.
just my opinion not to offend anyone.
Everyone can have there religion but keep it for themself, no one likes a extremist.

The forces of evil are very strong and getting stronger all the time. That is Why I choose to live as a Christian because Jesus has defeated Satan. Now He has all power over death, Hell and the Grave. One Day Jesus will come back and Chain Satan
and throw him in a lake of fire and then a new day will dawn.

Nope, he is not very powerful. He might be doing something towards people but is not the most powerful one. He is trying to destroy because he don't want to be be alone in hell. God loves the humanity that's why satan is dragging the people to be with him. If you are a believer you need to hold unto your faith because satan is doing his best to deceive us. We need to be keep on praying to bind those power of darkness. We should not fear them because God is more powerful than him.

Of course, just the word evil, how I hate to hear those... But I do believe with your full strength of faith to God above nothing will harm you even those forces of evil.

I haven't had any encounter with an evil force yet, so there is no reason for me to fear that. Of course I see some in the movies, but I am very aware of the fact that it is just a film so why fear? If ever, I know whom to call for help.

So if you don't believe to God and Satan, just replace God by the good things and Satan by the bad things.

My questions applies for different situations in life regarding our strenghts and weaknesses.

well every expirience makes u stronger , good or bad.
And ye i dont believe in god or satan for that mather.
If u can't see it it aint real. no offence to any believers tho.

I'm not agree with this statement. It depends on your attitude. When you experience bad things repeatitively, it will make you weaker if you're not mentally strong or not prepare to deal with problems.

Well if u dont got a strong will/mind u wont surive in this harsh world anyway, i woud've say grow up.( not to u ofcourse) i had allot of bad things happen in my life, doesent mean i will crawl to ' god ' and start praying... it makes u seee the world diffrently

Well I don't fear much of bad things would happen to me. Hey it is still worth as a experience. It's like playing a game or something. Win or Lose, Good or Bad, you'll definitely learn from it and if it's bad enough, try to formulate a solution so it wouldn't happen again.

i think if you have faith in God, there is nothing you could afraid of. if you let ourselves be afraid of evil, the more they become stronger, and the more they will overtake your soul or body. i believe in the power of prayer, and just to lift it up to Lord,and He will take care of us.

I think we all fear evil but more so when we know we're doing something that isn't right in God's eyes. We all have our own idea of what the devil is and how hell is like just like we all have our own ideas of what is right and wrong in God's eyes. Satan is a powerful being and I believe he can only get to us when we fail to believe in God.

I don't fear the forces of evil because I can say that my faith is strong enough to cast them away from me and if ever theirs are stronger then, my enduring devotion to the Almighty will help me resist those evil forces.
