We must have good amount of fiber in our daily intake of food, so that there won’t be any problem in digesting the food and also to maintain a healthy gut! Having fresh vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, beet roots, onions, lettuce, Cabbage etc in the form of salads in one of the good way of adding fiber to our diet! I love to have salad in my food!
