Do You Meditate?

Meditation is one way to make the mind get rejuvenated and refreshed. it is good for our soul and our minds to meditate everyday. It energizes us. It refreshes our minds as well as our bodies think its a perfect way to begin a day.do you follow meditation too?

Because of my hectic schedule I hardly get any time to meditate! When ever I get some time to relax without any work tension I feel so tired that I prefer to go to sleep instead of doing anything else as it is the first priority required to my body at that time! Yes, for hose who have a systematic routine in their lives meditation can be a big stress reliever! Thanks !

i'll not say that am good at meditation.its an art and we do have to learn it under an instructor.i had read a book on meditation and i used the techniques that help me concentrate during my college days.even if you close your eyes for sometime and try thinking about nothing,its so relaxing and relieving.

I used to meditate to ease my mind and to have a solid time with God. It releases my anger and anxiety. It feels great after doing that so. You can pretty sure conclude that there is inner peace in your mind and heart. Meditation need only a quiet place, you need to do it at least 15 mins a day. Just close your eyes. take away everything in your mind especially your problems in life. I really recommend to let everyone do it. It helps a lot in personality. It really improves our life and our health.

hi i m a student for me doing meditation is very hard i want to wake up early i think for me my best meditation is have a good sleep that's keep my health fit

Meditation simplifies our outer life and energizes our inner life. Meditation gives us a natural and spontaneous life, a life that becomes so natural and spontaneous that we cannot breathe without being conscious of our own divinity. When we analyse the thoughts that go through our mind we find that many of them are dealing with the past or present. We are either fearful of the future or ruminating on the past. However by dwelling on the past or future, it means we are unable to live in the present moment. When we meditate we are completely in the here and now. Meditation teaches us to appreciate life as it is; we learn to value our present circumstances.Often we can have minor conflicts with other people because we dwell on minor faults of the other person. Whether it is justified or not, it is a common source of unhappiness and division. Meditation teaches us to give no importance to minor thoughts. When we meditate powerfully we develop a sense of oneness with other people; we naturally look to their good qualities. Their minor faults seem unimportant.

I used to meditate before but after it i don't feel any different , what effect does meditation has ? Does it only make people calm or what ?

i always meditate especially when i wake up .i take 15 min which makes my day fine and full happiness.

i do not meditate at all. even though it seems like very simple to do, i think that it's hard because you need to really clear out your mind to be able to meditate. :Devil::Devil::Devil:

I tired it but not much.yes,it is good.The quiteness and just listening to your heartbeat heals our inner feelings.I will try it again one of this day.It is very helpful to have a sound mind.

Sometimes i practice meditation when I am stressed out from my work and I do meditation to rejuvenate and refresh my body.
Meditation realy helps in getting a sound mind and body. I am thinking to do it regularly

i guess you have pratised it well.can you guide me more to help meditate me.i never had a professional training and what i do is to sit quietly in a place in a relaxing position and try clear up my mind and breath deeply with my eyes closed.but you see,problem there is that my thoughts tends to move on and i find it difficult to clear up completely.

As a student, meditation is a very difficult thing to do because of
hectic schedule. It feels like there's no enough time to stop and take a deep breath, you can't find any perfect time to rest your mind. And eventually you will find yourself stressed out at the end of the day. See it's really difficult?

Anyway, taking a deep breath and staying in place with no distraction, no work waiting is my way of meditating.. A stolen minutes at least once every week will do.. ^^

meditation helps bring around more of positive energy,you get to know about your own much deeply.its a way to connect to god.you need to know the right technique as its not easy to practice meditation,the one who knows the trick,knows the real fun behind.:Laugh:

basically I'm just quiet down my surroundings, maybe listen to very calming soothing music, or the sounds of nature, and just take deep breaths, spreading them out further and further. It calms down my mind and body and gives me an overall sense of peace.

hi guys today i did it and managed to meditate for 15 minutes practice make perfect don,t give up

I wanted to meditate before but i don't know how. I believe we should have an instructor to teach us on how to meditate properly. It's good for our mind and our body. It will also help keep us healthy. Maybe we really should meditate everyday.

I agree with that line that meditation is a big stress reliever. It is being in a quiet space for a certain period of time without nothing but serenity and calmness in your mind and body. It releases tension and loosen up muscles and at the same time, relaxes one's mind. I do meditate but not that often because I could get busy at times. But whenever I meditate, I feel relieved and rejuvenated.
