Do you snore while sleeping? Is it healthy or not?

I do snore, but not that loud. Most of my relatives says they can hear me snoring but not always... maybe during the time when I'm totally exhausted and running to bed to get some sleep.

thank god, I dont snore when I sleep. but sleeping with someone who snores or is near is unbearable, my dad snoring, and my mother was changing room lol.

I dont know if i snore if im sleeping..maybe yes if im very tired.maybe sometimes yes i do.some are saying that snoring is not good bec they are saying that there is a problem w/the heart.

Even i don't know i'm snoring or not but my sister said i am snoring loudly
Maybe because i'm tired that's why.

I don't snore but I sleep walk. My brother he snores a lot when he is sleeping. I don't know but doctors says that snoring can be a sign of heart problem, but I wish my brother don't have that, since we have no history in our family with heart problem.

I think snoring is a symptom that you already had an illness so before it becomes serious you have to check your doctor so he can give you some proper medication and how to loose your snoring problems

i do snoring when i really tired. don't know about it health or not, but it's said that the snore happens when you sleeping position. usually my wife change my sleep position and the snore stop

maybe i snore because my sleeping position that make me hardly\difficult to breath. so it will get more effort to breath in normal sleeping position

I don't know if i snore when i am sleeping because i am sleeping so how can i know unless someone tell me that i am snoring while i am sleeping right.

I agree with you mate. I found it the same why I snore.
