Do you think Facebook is a waste of time?

Many a avid users hog to the coveted site, Facebook, i dont know why are they just addict and waste their precious time there indulging in silly acts of chat and romancing with unknown profiles. What do you say is it waste of time on being Facebook?

i think it is not a waste of time but a people who wont have any work he is like to use to kill is boredom and some times to share his wonderful movement also

I think it's not a waste of time because it helps you communicate with your friends, family or relatives and meet new friends.

Yes, I consider it as waste of time if you play Farmville online games or others. I use only Facebook as update my friends and advertise my referral links.

As a marketing student for me its not a waste of time because if you are really using the potential of facebook you can increase your earnings. Actually most of my referrals came from facebook and aside of its useful in my business its also great way to relax.

It will only be a waste of time if you spend all your time doing facebook alone and not doing the other important things that needs to be done.

I don't think facebook is a waste of time at all. But evry thing has pros and cons. If you adapt the negative points and start using facebook excesselively than i too say it will be the waste of time as well

I do not see FaceBook as a waste of time. After all, it is the largest Social Network on the net. I see great possibilities with FaceBook. We all have friends on there, but thats not the opportunity I see, I see, that we can use FaceBook to make money with. We all have other things that we do on the internet, like joining sites to make money with. SO, we can all use it for promoting the sites we use and bring free traffic to our sites. It is a great tool to have.

Depends for what you use it. I use it to stay in touch with my family who are all over the globe plus most my contacts work in the same industry that I do and we keep each other posted on news, trends, changes and coordinate the various meet ups throughout the year.

it really depends on how we use it..other people consider social networking as though they need to meet new people using the site, i don't. i use it as a medium to keep in touch with my family and friends..and i don't think using the site the way i do is a waste of time.

It's just a social network so I think it's not waste time to spend time to entertain there. There're also games, other interesting activities,... It's the good way to advertising or to communicate with each other but we just shouldn't abuse it !

for me facebook its not a waste of time. i use it to update me on school events, on my friends, using it as promoting my online business.. if you know how to use facebook properly, it will greatly help your life

Face book helps us to communicate with our friends and relatives, but using that site, we don't have the ability to make money, but i don't think it is waste of time, if we are in need to communicate with our beloved ones
