Do you think that apple needed Ipads?

Do you really think that apple need to launch the ipads? I mean they are like exactly like the ipod touch, my dad friend that has one says they are only really helpful for like keeping notes in. Other than that it was a waste of his money.. What are your thoughs?

A big iPod Touch that does not fit in your pocket, you can't call with it and can't record vids with it / take pictures.

Ipad is the new product from Apple. It's a good invention. I think if you are apple freaks and have money. It's a must have thing.
