Do you use a heat-pad for your laptop?

Some one told me that using a heat-pad is good to keep our laptops in better health. Do you think so?

My friend bought a heat pad for his laptop when we went together in the mall and he told me that it could keep his laptop "cool"; I believe him so I think it will help a laptop to be in good condition.

i have not been using one till date as i recently got my laptop a few months back.even though i knew about it,i didn't pay much attention to use that one.but as you brought up this topic,you enlightened me of the point i was missing on.i'll certainly get one to keep my laptop cool.

I felt no need so far to use one for my laptop, I have kept my laptop on a piece of thick glass on my dining table so that the cooling fan shouldn't get obstructed from the below for ventilation! So far I never have any problem about the cooling with my laptop! Thanks !

Yeah I think it will help your laptop not to over heat. I think the motherboard will last long if it not get over heat for long. But if you have airconditioner in your you dont need that.

Well i use to use heat pads. They really sucks heat from the laptops processor and keep the lappy cool. They really keep our lappy longer.

Oh wow, do they keep our laptop cool? I must get as soon as possible, this is cheaper to buy a heat pad then getting laptop or processor if any thing goes wrong. Any idea how much does it cost? I will find it on Google and order one. Thanks a lot.

no idon't use heat pad, cause my notebook flow the hot air thru left side, so it not really hot and it's working fine. sometime notebook need the heat to work faster.

Since then I never try to use a heat pad for my laptop, but one of my suggest me to use heat pad to have a better laptop performance in terms of heat management.
