Before i start yes i realize that you can't swap it through the regular Twitter settings. I recently heard that if you contact Twitter and give them a valid reason why you would want the Twitter switched to a different account that they would do it. Has anyone ever heard of something similar to this or has even swapped anything under 4 characters to a different Twitter account?
Example: https://twitter.com/76 it was swapped to a fresh account.
(Yes i realize that this is a company so they might have a bigger advantage)
Don't risk it, You can't swap 4 letters anymore and you'll lose the account for good. Can't even lowercase/uppercase.
Wait was one actually switched? I'm trying to get one switched I rushed in to save you doing it but if its possible contacting them I suppose you could give it a try, I thought that was only to upper or lowercase a letter though.
I don't think it's possible unless you contact support with a really good reason. Most of the time you will be "assisted" by a stupid fucking Indian.
Good reasons I came up with in 5 seconds:
Bot your account and say that someone is botting your account with followers and tell them some stupid ass reason why you would want your @ swapped to another account (although I doubt they would do anything)
Tell support that someone threatened to hack your account and you want your @ swapped to a new account.

It was possible awhile ago to contact support and they would end up transferring it over to a new account.
You can also fix capitalization issues like this.
I wouldn't recommend contacting support to swap the name anymore because they are known to suspend your account nowadays due to high volume of requests like these they have caught on to it and know the account was jacked/hacked.
