my money just decreased from 0.025$ to0.00$.does it happens?what are the condition for decreasing money?

You points cannot decrease, however due to the recent MS Points glitch all values were decreased.
Besides a reset points can be deducted on payment IF you have been banned or have received warnings.

i think it can decrease if you did something that was against the rules? you should ask the administrator personally to find out.
