Theres this girl, she's in 9th grade and I'm in 10th. We recently met by a mutual friend and she has a boyfriend. She's going to prom with him this year but she keeps telling me that we are prom dates next year.

She's really attractive and I dont know if she likes me or nah. Her boyfriend is 17 so she won't be dating him next year. and he's also graduating.

She always says hi to me in the hallways and randomly gives me hugs when she sees me and we've only been friends for like a week.

Any thoughts on this?

It depends, if she has a boyfriend then isn't that a problem?

However, she seem's extremely flirty towards you ( which is a +++ )

I guess you could say she is attracted to you, so yeah i'd say she probably and most likely does like you.
 
Sounds like she might have a tiny crush on you or just be really open and friendly.
If you've brought up going to prom without someone or something along the lines of that it'd make sense with her saying "Oh, I'll go with you next year" but if it's straight out of the blue then she most likely has something for you.
Bring up her boyfriend and ask something about if you're completely unsure, she'll just answer whatever you're asking. A dead giveaway is if she'll be with you instead of him.

The only guys I see her hug is her boyfriend and me so idk.
