Domain Registar?

Anyone have any recommendations for a domain registrar? Quite a few now require a CC attached to your PayPal (like the most recent one I used, NetworkSolutions). I'd like to find a new one to use as I have quite a few domains to acquire, preferably one doing a nice sale like $1/$0.50 domains.

NameCheap. Been using them for 18 months. Don't require a verified CC.

Trying to use them now but they sadly don't have any cheap domain offer like $1 domains.
