People do this kind of thing everyday, and do it for a living. You just have to be lucky, and know alot of words. And of course be at the right place at the right time.
All I can say is that they sell for WAY too fucking much. Nerds at home have nothing better to do with their money other than spend $60k on a domain like wolfpack.com which is going for $60k right now >.>
