Why can't i pay for the donator award with a credit card? It says that i need a bank account in order to pay for it.

If you don't have a CC or Bank Account on your Paypal it won't let you send money.

There is no reason you can't. Many many members have donated and upgraded with a cc. Your paypal has problems or you don't have money on your cc.
