Well I can confirm they are legit if that means anything. I've been buying from them for like over a year now

What is needed to use circle? because i don't get why Exchanges are even a thing if that exists?

don't think you can buy with paypal. you have to link your bank account or debit/credit card. 

if you buy with your bank acc it takes like 3-5 days to deliver but debit card is instant. and yea i agree i don't get why people still pay 10 and 15%
