Starting today, anyone caught asking for rep will get have their positive rep removed, and no longer be able to receive rep anymore.
I am sick of all the rep circling which is making everyone on the site basically having the exact same amount of rep.

Keep in mind rep is sticky for opinions on users on the site. Vouchs are what you should always base trustworthiness on. Never base someones trust on their rep.

You have been warned. The people that have been asking for rep I know who most of you are, and have 100% proof of it.
Deny it if you want but expect a pm with me warning you. I won't name names but consider yourself lucky upon receiving a warning rather than getting rep fucked,
and rep locked.​

Depends on how the user is. If he wants it he won't get it, if he doesn't he will. And it might not be -1000. Could just be 10, could also be 10000000. Who knows. Depends on the situation.
