Theres a new top level domain called .free

AS the name says, its free for all.
I just pre registered nuclear.free!

Its a good thing for people who are trying to build their free website. This top level domain can also suit well to those websites who are giving away free items.

It is a good news that we can get a free top level domain. But i have a question. Is it free for one year or will i get it free for lifetime? Please reply.

It is absolutely free for lifetime.
 
Thank you for the link! I registered, i was wondering what happens with VIP? I clicked to be VIP but when does it start charging? I don't want to have to pay though so I might just stick with one .free account.

People could register the same domain over and over by different people

I pre-registered a domain there.
Really nice idea I hope it kicks off and gets ICANN to setup it for everyone to use.
 
there are many sites which offer free websites please tell the features which others cant offer so that users will be intrested

I have no idea what it does. It says you can pre-register 50 domains at once.
 
This is AWESOME!
Lets get some free domains, i like domain names with a word in it like .tv .free etc
 
this is scam because it's been online since 2008 and they are still pre-registering the domains,
 
the problem sometimes for free domains was they didnt send all visitors to your site.
 
Very nice but I am using my personal web hosting for hosing and web development works.
 
Thanks for the link, I tried this, I really hope it is not a scam! The news seems to be a bit outdated (not too much but been a while). Their facebook however is being updated so it seems promising. I hope the .free thing doesn't end up costing a lot of money but nothing is free and obviously they need some sort of profit.
