Doubled Gamerscore...

I was looking at my friend's achievements and he almost nearly doubled his gamerscore. If you add the total of his gamerscore up, it sums up to be 1630, but if you look at his gamerscore display it's 2415. I know exactly what he did. Would this be worth money? You can literally keep doing it over and over again. I thought it was kind of cool.

Umm ? you can edit your gamer score in horizon for free

I doubt it. Might aswell release it. I'm pretty sure you'll be able to tell it's modded & that you'll get banned soon enough.

We both play Xbox One and he didn't edit it in Horizon.

Yea, I still don't see any value.

You'd get 3 sales for $5 then it'd be released, because no one wants to be a greedy whore, lol.

Anyone can just mod the GS in Horizon and make it look legit.. I've had modded gamerscore for 2+ years.

Sounds pretty pointless to be honest. If your friend "almost nearly doubled" his gamer score, how much is that exactly?

I don't see any value in this. He can get banned either way. It'd just save some people both time and money just using Horizon. Maybe it's a different method, but the end result is still the same: fake gamerscore.

You might be able to sell this for 1$? Sorry, not any true worth in my honest opinion.

He won't get banned because it isn't modded. It was accidental anyways.

Either way, if a XBL staff member goes to his account because someone reported him for "modded gamerscore", the staff member counts it all up and its half of what it was, the ban hammer will come for him.

I won't argue it with you, just noting, I have gotten a temporary ban of 1 month and then I got the "Cheater" zone on my account.
