Its so nice that you have already known about Dreamweaver. What kind of book do you have? Is this an e-book or hard copy?

I'm using it whem I'm editing html or CSS, it's easer to navigate in the code with DW.

You need a web server with PHP installed to create a site in PHP, I explained most of what's needed in this post.
