True! I have been drinking 3 liters of water per day since 2 months, and I ate my normal menu. I lost 10kg since then. I also walked 10km's every day. The key to weight-loss is walking all day and drinking lots of water.

So that is why I'm not getting bigger. I am thin ever since and I did not get a weight higher than 57 kg. I drink a lot of water more than the recommended everyday. And I'm walking a lot everyday.
